Today we went to the Egyptian Museum of History (shown above) sadly we could not take photos inside the museum to this is all I have. Although, I have seen much of the collection in books there is no comparison to the real thing. The girth intricate details of the artifacts cannot be truly appreciated from a picture. I found myself wondering just how these massive artifacts were transported into their tombs. Many of them were too large to simply pick up (in my opinion). I asked Dr. Hamed the engineering techniques behind their creation and transportation. He said that know one had asked him this before, but he would find out. I look forward to learning how they were moved. I think that is much a feat as their creation.
